Danielle E. Covington is a graduate of The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC. During law school she interned with the Charles County State’s Attorney’s Office where she assisted Assistant State’s Attorneys with post-conviction hearings, drafted motions and pleadings, and observed jury and bench trials. Danielle also worked as a Certified Student Attorney with the Families and the Law Clinic where she first developed her passion for family law.
Following law school, Danielle worked as Family Law Paralegal at the Law Office of LaSheena M. Williams. She was admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland in 2021, when she was promoted to Family Law Associate. Danielle is a member of Maryland State Bar Association and J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association. She is a member of the Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she is an active member of the Risk Management Committee. Danielle is also a 2021-2022 Fellow of the Pro Bono Resource Center where she represents low-income clients in Consumer Protection, Landlord Tenant Court, and Estate Planning matters. She spends her free time with family and friends, especially her nephews, George and Vance.
