This pretty metallic skirt from Oscar de la Renta is made even prettier by the velvet applique work on it and braided cord finish. It is made of what feels like a light wool that has gold tread woven through it and its pattern so it glimmers in the light. Around the hem is velvet appliques on silk chiffon that are then applied on top of the skirt. The hen is finished wit a gold and red braid that also serves to give the skirt a touch of weight so it drapes perfectly. is it incredibly versatile as an evening piece you could potentially pair it with anything from a simple white tee to an extravagant couture piece.
